Returns Policy

Our goal is to make sure we offer 100% customer satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction issues are handled on an individual basis and must be handled through our customer service department.

Due to the nature of the products we sell ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS are accepted.

Shipping

We ship using UPS for most order.

We process orders within 24 hours of receiving payment on orders.  

Due to an increase in demand in the ammunition industry and supply chain volatility we usually ship as fast as possible but may take up to 2 weeks to ship.

We do not ship internationally.

We do not ship to any state or area within the US where ammo or ammunition component shipments or purchases are prohibited by local, state or federal law.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are not marked up and there is no handling fee added on.

Cancellation Policy

 

A 15% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled orders in order to cover costs of credit card processing fees.

Orders can not be cancelled after items have been processed for shipment.

Sales Policy

 

Handgun Ammunition – Must be 21 years of age or older

Due to the complexity of laws that change from state to state some products may not be able to be shipped into your state, or we may require the customer to verify that the ammunition that is being purchased abides by your local laws.

We do not ship to the following states:
